Real estate has it’s own jargon, it’s own colloquialisms, both industrially, locally, with-in individual offices and often unique to individual agents. Hopefully together we can promote a common understanding, one word at a time.

Bill I agree, it isn't very bright to go out and purchase a house without a Realtor to guide you through the process. Even if they were to save money, they will wish that they had spent it after all the aggravation and stress they go through.
