I've always wanted just my name, ARDELL, but I'm such a lousy driver that I've never done it.

Hey Mott,

Do you have the metal decal on the right too? I'm looking for which company I used so I can link to it.

Also did you get the R license plate?

When I get a new car I'll do a vanity plate.  I have my website on my rear window, www.patricia4realestate.com for the last 5 years and nothing has come of it .....yet!

Frank ~ It is so funny that you posted this today.  This was on Yahoo News this morning:

http://www.cnn.com/2007/LIVING/11/12/vanity.plates.ap/index.html?section=cnn_latest - Virginia leads with vanity plates.

Hi Frank,  I heard on the news this morning that the state of Virginia has the highest number of vanity license plates.  If I could afford one, mine would read KATSONG.

Hey Kathy,

I know the market is tough, but they only cost $10. I get a new one every few months. I can't post here what I had previously.

Funny Story and its true.

My first team leader had  REMOX 3.

Remax1 was taken Remax 2 was taken so the only thing left was REMOX 3!

He thought it was Genius, I realized he wasn't.

I just posted to this group asking about magnetic car signs, but LOVE the metal decal on the back of your car.  I love it!   I have to go check out the web site now.

Thanks!

csreadUm, I've had my plate for a number of years as you can see from the amount of dirt on it.  I thought I was very clever to have figured out about the ".com" vanity plates.  I got the domain name that is actually my name and it fits and everything!  It points to my website!  It took 24 hours for my 3 teen-agers to deflate me by saying, "Great Mom, now whenever you do something stupid in traffic everyone will know who you are!"   Well, life is full of trade-offs . . .

I LOVE IT!

I have often thought about getting a vanity plate with my name on it......but I have been warned that my desiging is better than my driving, and perhaps this is not the best way for me to advertise!!!

Frank - I read that article about us Virginians as well.  At $10 per year it's no wonder so many of us have them.  I had so many ideas for plates but when I finally got a car in college I drew a blank and went with the obvious:  TCHAKA

I've had those same plates for since around 1989 and they're currently on one of my cars.  I'll have to see what FL offers since my VA tags expire in 3 months.  Perhaps a clever RE one.

Took this photo in the garage......looked red when I took it, but not so now. Enjoy. I'll be back with a better photo of me and my car............soon!!! I promise!!!

Now what you have to figure out is it me, my driving, my car or some combination?

Buyers get a kick out of trying to decide whether to get in the car with me or not!

I love it!  I just ordered a personalized plate, which should be ready soon.  It will say "REGRL" for "Real Estate Girl".  Thanks for the link to the URL ID Plate website.  I'm going to order one.

Hey Vickie, Does that include people who have horrible credit and resort to sub-prime loans which make the monthly payments double of what it would cost to rent?

WOW! Frank, Thank you so much for having this topic on your site...I was actually sent here by your post on Don's Blog when I was conducting a search for "REMAX License plates" on google.  Due to your comments and the comments of others...I will be stepping it up a notch with adding "Dealer Tags" and a custom License plate to my 2008 business plan!  I am just a new member of Activerain, as I learned of this site from a Blog seminar at a Triple Play Convention last week for Continued Education.

Best Regards! Moriah Martin
