You are our Tude Hero of the Day! What a guy.......wow!! I feel saved already!!
Featured in BananaTude
I'm off to pick up the latest subscription of Real Estate Daily staring Craig Rutman, Realtor extraordinaire who can handle tough negotiations - just hope it isn't sold out!
Just got my hot off the press edition too. When buying or selling real estate in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex NC areas, Craig Rutman is your man!
Ha. I think this Mag cover shows some those nasty "snapping turtles." You've really got to come out of your shell Craig. (Ouch, that is a terrible pun)
You always bring a smile or two to our faces - thanks much. :) :) :)
Hi Craig, I don't think I got to wish you a Happy New Year yet- so Happy New Year! There was never a doubt that you can handle anything that comes your way.
Craig- hands down the winner. Bet you could even beat this guy:
You are truly a man's man Craig to fight through negotiations the way you do with no thought to personal safety.
John - Those turtles are a metaphor for contentious buyers and sellers! But not to worry. As you can see, I can handle them!
Donna - Not until the job is done Donna!
Anna - Ha! Ha! Ha! You've been saved my child! Thanks for the Hero of the Day award! I will work on my acceptance speech right now!!!
Kristine - Better hurry, Kristine. I hear there are some "beef cake" photos in the centerfold of this issue!!!
Anita - Good job Anita! Your life will never be the same after reading through this issue!
Craig - Did you get my check that I sent to you for the years subscription? With a cover like that I can't wait to read it.
Debb - Ooooh. Ouch. Argh. That's punny! In Not Punny Land of course!!!
Mary - And a very happy new year to you too Mary. Here's wishing you all the best in 2012... and beyond!
Kathy - Funny you should mention that Kathy. You know when I lived in Florida long ago, I used to wrestle alligators for a living...
Cameron - I'm selfless like that my friend. It's all part of the full service I provide!
Jim - After that rubber check you sent me last time? No way my friend. It's certified funds or Paypal for you from now on! I've included this Paypal link for your convenience....
Craig, love those cover's of Real Estate Daily...unfortunately I didn't really notice you or the turtles at first ;))
Hi Craig,
Just stopped by to say Hello.. and congrats on january's issue of your magazine :)
Have a great week.
Tatyana.
Craig ~ Those poor defenseless turtles! So glad you can handle negotiations in the Cary, Apex and Raleigh area.... Turtles drawing blood, what will you think of next?.
Craig:
I want to know how I can subscribe to the Real Estate Daily. It is better than my hometown paper and much more colorful and definitely worth 50 cents.
Every time I see you Craig, you're with another beautiful woman, and most of them are unconscious. I'm moving to Raleigh to give you a hand. Save me a couple of those turtles. I hear they taste like chicken.
Nick - That's your one track mind at work again Nick!
Tatyana - And I thank you for stopping on by Tatyana. It's always a bright spot to see you here on my blog.
Frank & Karen - Killer bunnies?!!!
Evelyn - The Real Estate Daily is a bargain at any price! You can click the Paypal link above and never miss another issue!
Doug - See the effect I have on women!!! And speaking of turtles tasting like chicken... Turtles! Yummy!
I can hardly wait to receive my copy. I sent the subscription fee to that post offcie box in Apex NC like you said. Odd that they only take cash, though.
Ed - One word for you my friend... PAYPAL! The link is provided above for your convenience!!!
Craig, you gotta a problem with my one track mind??? I've grown rather fond of it.
Nick - Heck no, I don't have a problem with your one track mind! It's probably on the same track as mine... despite a once in a while derailment!
