Wow! Yesterday was a busy day! I know many people are going to believe the negativity about real estate and the economy because of the constant media barrage that the sky is falling.

However someone is spilling the beans about real estate not being as bad as the negative nellies would like you to believe. Consider this quote from an article over at KCMblog :

There are over 12,000 homes sold and over 8,000 mortgages granted every day. The real estate market is doing better than many believe.
