Welcome to Mission Village!Mission Village, built in 1972, is a community of 256 units in zip code 92108 in the central section of Mission Valley. Units range in size from 419 to 1,030 square feet, and bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 0/1, 1/1, and 2/2. The studio units are very popular with pilots and flight attendants, as well as companies needing to bring people in for short stays, especially since cable/TV is included in the HOA fees.

Amenities at Mission Village include on-site guard, swimming pool, sauna, spa, tennis court, fitness center, clubhouse/recreation room, outdoor grills, and common laundry.

HOA fees range from about $196 to $420 per month and include common area maintenance, exterior building and roof maintenance, landscaping, cable/TV, gas, water (including hot water), sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

Welcome to Mission Village!Mission Village is easily accessible to Qualcomm Stadium, the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, Fashion Valley Mall, several San Diego Trolley stations, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.

A check with the FHA indicates that Mission Village had been FHA approved but the approval expired on July 31, 2011. No word yet on whether or not approval was renewed. Mission Village is not VA approved.

If some of the units have montly assoc fees just under $200 that is really reasonable for what it looks like you get.  I clicked on the map and came across some pretty good info on your area, nice job
