Don't you love the detail oriented buyer that wants to know the demographics and household income of six different neighborhoods.   This information is much easier to provide today than even a few years ago, but, navigating the U.S. census data web site can take a little time to learn.  Last week I discovered a great web site for all things census and demographics related - ZipSkinny.com  Pick a zip code and you get a nice summary of the U.S. census data for that zip code including graphs.  The site takes it one step further by allowing you to compare up to 20 zip codes next to one another in columns.  I compared a couple of zip codes in the Wichita area and it is interesting to see the differences in popular density, incomes, education, etc. for different areas. Next time you or a client needs demographic information check out Zip Skinny.

This is great - I usually give them a community report from Wyldyre or Top Producer, but I like the way this lets you compare multiple sites 0 thanks for sharing!
