There are currently 476 active listings priced from $40,000 to $6,650,000, with an average list price of $223,578.

The lower priced end of the market is selling fairly well and higher priced properties that are priced appropriately. Low prices and low interest rates are making it very appealing to buy.

Some of the more active neighborhoods in the area are Woodstock Downtown, Woodlands, Brookshire and Farmington.
