Fox Business did a spot on Denver’s housing market, and why when people move here, they don’t want to leave!

Here are some reasons WHY people move to Denver -

~ Average age is 31
~ Low unemployment
~ Foreclosure rate is half of the National average
~ People move here for the life style -
Mountains, fresh air, outdoor sports
~ Median price is $244,100

~ Corporate Business Headquarters relocating to Denver

The housing inventory is extremely low and buyers are finding multiple offer situations. Investors are happy that the rental rates continue to increase.

Joan, I love Colorado...indeed a great place to live. I've visited three times when working for the goverrnment...with a team from NSA we did security reviews of NOAA's computer systems. I have to correct John's comments....John Denver, I believe, was from Colorado...but the song..Country Roads Take Me Home is about Almost Heaven West Virginia...I just had to go and listen to the song...like you I love it.
