When I started out not to many agents want to share where they get their leads. (I just wish I knew about AR when I started)
I was mailing out mailers 100 a week at .29 a card plus printing X by 4 weeks = 116.00 a month. Not only was I doing it I partnered up with another agent that was 2 of us doing it....not once did we get a phone call. We did it for 4 months. Between the 2 of us with printing, that was over 232.00 a month!
Well after many hours spent trying to figure out this real estate business many dollars spent here or their to figure out what works for me...
I finally found something that seems to be working! At a new company a fellow agent shared what we was doing to get 30 contacts a month...yes, I said 30!
So, I checked it out myself! I really just did what I was trained to do 2 days and have received 6 hits on this web site and 1 buyer is going through the loan application now! It only took 15 minutes to do what I had to do. If I would do what I did everyday I would have to give out leads to fellow agents and charge a 25% referral!
My father had a business as I was growing up and I always remember him saying, "It takes money to make money" Boy I have found that statement to be true! I don't mind spending the money....I just like to see the return for the money spent!
