Monthly HOA dues range from about $240 to about $540 a month, usually depending on condominium size, and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA indicates that The Courtyards is FHA approved through September 16, 2012. It is also VA-approved without any conditions.
