Welcome, Cody! For only 3 days, it seems like you've already come a long way! I loved my first couple of days, weeks, months on AR - so much to read and learn! Just soak it all up - write about things that interest you and that you think may interest your clientele - make connections. You never know where the next referral could come from!

Hi Cody:  Welcome to Active Rain.  Looks like you are off to a good start.  You can also go to search and select blogs and then type in a topic and if there have been any blogs written on the subject, they will come up and you can select the ones you want to read.  There are so many great people in this community who are more than willing to freely give of their time and knowledge.  Enjoy and you'll probably need to join the Active Rain Addicts group before too long.

Just an FYI, you can post 10 a day for 25 points, and you can post 10 blogs a week at 200 points each, but the posts have to have 10 words and the blogs have to contain 50 words... You want to be adopted??? LOL

Karen - well I have always though it would be kind of fun to be adopted, what does that mean in this case? lol. Also, thanks for the tips on blogging and so on. I have no idea how all the points work. I am on here to learn from the best and ask the questions that swirl around in my head, do the points really mean anything?
