Search Engine Optimization Tool

Calie Waterhouse wrote a blog about search engine optimization and recommended using "Cool SEO Website - websitegrader.com."  I have spent many hours working on this so that I could get the best ranking that I could for my website. 

The other day, I was speaking with the folks that help me with my website and told them what I was trying to do to with that particular website.  He recommended that I go to "Adwords.google.com."  There is a place that you can look for key words in general and also you can put in your website address and the site will with come up with "site specific" help.  You can also put in your competition's website to see what their ranking is.  This is free, they do offer other services that you can pay for.

Currently, I am happy with my ranking--but it can change overnight.  Is this because other website are added all the time and may jump in front of mine?

I have good ranking but still like to work with ad words. Some of the terms are cheap. I see few ads with some very good search words. Not everyone uses real estate. Just put in the neighborhood and see how many ads come up. Most likely few. I like the to zero in on my own terms.
