I wanted to comment on another one of my favorite locations, Four Lakes Condominiums in Lisle. 

If I was young, single, and working in the western suburbs, I would be living in Four Lakes.  It has everything a young socialite could want: a ski hill, pub, lakes for fishing and recreation, sand volley ball courts, trees, hills, dog friendly, etc..

Just as important, condo prices are fairly reasonable with a history of steady appreciation.  A great first purchase for a young adult.  There are rentals available too...
