High School is Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. Sales have been strong in town and prices have been steady over the years. In the boom years of 1995 to 2005 home prices have skyrocketed. Over the last six years the average home sales price has gone from $358,921 at the end of 2006 to it's current low price of $231,785. That is a decrease in the last 6 years of 54.8%.
