This was actually on my 2011 goals list. I am twelve days past that goal, but thrilled to say that I completed the required courses, submitted my application, and have been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists.

 

I have been crazy busy with the last class and webinars that I had to take, several closings, and helping a wonderful family that is relocating to Huntsville. I expect to be back to the blogging  world by the weekend. I can't wait to catch up on what I have missed and thank those of you (you know who you are) for checking to see where I have been and if TPM (The Princess Mama) and I are okay. You are the greatest and I adore you!

 

Now! I'm off to prepare for tomorrow's showings!
