Suzanne and I have just finished a 2 day seminar / workshop in Mesa Arizona - "Quantum Leap" - led by Scott Agnew, who owns several Keller Williams Market Centers in Arizona and Utah.
There is no way to do justice to the depth and breadth of information covered in the massive 200 page volume affectionately known as the Quantum Leap workbook, 2 pages of which are single line items in the Bibliography!
My overall take on it was if took all the motivational speakers/writers like Tony Robbins, Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield and anyone else you care to include, distilled the essence of the information they convey and crammed it into one volume, Quantum Leap is it.
The text walks you through how to "get real", how to identify what you really want out of life, and shows you strategies to apply to achieving your goals through planning and taking Action.
I must admit to tuning out during the 2 or 3 minutes allowed for each exercise that for me to do meaningfully will take about 10 times that amount of time. So I have some homework for the holidays! A "Life Planning Manual" to devour and action items to complete - an early Christmas gift!
Quantum Leap is a class that I will take again and again - there is so much to cover and absorb that each time I attend I'm sure I will discover another nugget to improve my life and my business.
This event is open to agents from all franchises - not just Keller Williams. If you have an opportunity to attend the class - I suggest you grasp it firmly with both hands - you'll be glad you did!
