I just read and commented on your previous post on spam.  Upon reading this post I wanted to see if I am clear on what is considered spam.  In your first sentence you link "Cherokee County real estate"  back to your web site.  You actually are mentioning "Cherokee County real estate developers" so is a link back to your main page really relevant to the reader?  I would have expected being taken to a page having to do with developers. 

I try to do the same thing for "Atlanta real estate".  But I'm getting paranoid after reading posts about spamming.  Is your link an accepted good technique even though it is put there probably for SEO purposes?  I'm not trying to be a smart aleck.  Just trying to understand the subtle distinctions here.
