I just passed my Broker exam and am excited to see how this will impact my business. Aside from the increased responsibility and ability to open my own shop... how have others used the "title" in client interaction, with other agents, etc.
How do you explain the difference between an "agent" and a "broker"
How do you compare to CRS, ABR, etc?
Have you seen a difference in how co-op agents interact with you?
My goal was to complete my CRS and get my Broker license in 2007 and just made it on both in the last week...yea!
