Community Housing Partnership of Williamson County TN (CHP), based in Franklin, has secured funding from the City of Franklin under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program for emergency-type home rehabilitation assistance for low to moderate income residents of the City of Franklin, who are elderly and/or disabled.
