Good to see that many homes are on the market less than 90 days. I, also, have the problem of zip codes and municipalities. It is a bit challenging, but you do a great job with this market report.

I find it funny that people will say they live where they don't. We have a similar problem here with La Jolla, zip code 92037. Everyone wants to be in La Jolla and that zip code. Quite often individuals and businesses will get a post office box in 92037 so that they have a La Jolla address. A few days ago, though, the Postal Service announced that they will be closing the 92037 post office. Ooops. Estimates say the land could be worth as much as $3 million because of its location.
