How to Earn $180,000 in Real Estate

During this 11-minute video from the December RainCamp hosted by ActiveRain, real estate marketing guru Ben Kinney walks through the “$180,000 problem.” This is the exercise used by Ben Kinney’s real estate team to get the average agent earning $180,000 in gross commissions every year.

 

 

Good managers understand that real estate is a numbers game.  This model explains how many transactions, presentations, listings, and appointments are needed to earn $180,000 per year in real estate.  To set the right goals, real estate agents often just need to have the right vision of what success is going to look like for them.

I have listen to Ben speak in many different venues and I learn something each time...I have never thought about the fact that I should not focus on the whole but instead break it down to what I need to do THIS week! I can do this! :0)

Basics = it's all a math problem! Conquering the math is now my goal, now that I have the problem clearly in mind. Going back to the good ol' scientific method, I can set it out, and setting is out is the first step to doing it, right?

Key point for all Agents out there: Phone calls to suspects (Leads). Yeah, that phone weighs 500 pounds so buy a wireless headset and solve that problem. Next: Manage your time for each day, getting your personal life in order solves that problem. Now go fix America one house at a time.
