New Bank Of America Short Sale Resource

We're pleased to announce that we have just started our original in a a number of of many more to follow, resource pages for short sale sellers.  The first bank up is Bank of America short sales and aims to be  the "end all be all" for Atlanta Short Sale clients.  It's an amazing collection of information all the way from contact information to timeline expectations.  We plan to create a page like this one for each bank we currently work with.  It's critical to note that this information is specifically for GA Home Owners, and may not be relevant to you and where you call home.



Although the Jarvis Team has long been one of the top short sale agents in the county, we really wanted to become "the source" for all the information as it pertains to short sales.  There are so many agents and swindlers out there now, even more so than in the beginning, that want to take advantage of short sale sellers.  A few even run ads on the radio and television.  It's important for home owners to educate themselves and we're making an effort not to sell them on us per se but rather educate them so they can make the best decision.
