Hi Dan,
This sounds like a great way to help the local youths.
When ever we have the chance to go to the local schools for a benefit dinner we go.
We try to support our local schools as much as possible.
Thanks for sharing the information.
Best, Clint McKie
Good morning Dan,
Sounds like a great local event, and a nice continuing tradition for the Arcata area!
Good Morning Clint and Lisa, it is an excellent event to support local youth programs! Thank you for you great comments and your support, it is appreciated.
Dan,
I just love rice and beans for dinner and also storytelling what a great idea to raise money! Take care and have a great weekend!
Dan,
A benefit to Dr. King and the proceeds going to help youth go hand in hand in my opinion. I think Dr. King would be proud. What a great idea to raise money for the area youths.
Sounds like a great cause. Art budgets have been cut to the bone in most California School Districts.
I love storytelling.. there is something so calming about it..
Dan: We can't do enough to support youth programs in this economy. A tie-in to the memory and the values of Dr. King is wonderful. Can't think of a better way to celebrate MLK Day.
