On January 12 I congratulated two of my buyers when they closed on their new home here in Northwestern Wisconsin. They sold their home in the Twin Cities metro area, and they’re really excited to be living here in the north woods.
Earlier in the process, however, they experienced a few tense moments. They’re getting a great deal, and someone else thought the home seemed like a good buy, too. Suddenly, my buyers found themselves in a multiple-offer situation. Fortunately they were pre-approved, their financing was rock-solid, and they countered with a fair offer. On January 12th the home became theirs.
