I have seen some of these Festivals on the Food Network, but have not heard about the Gourmet Food truck Festival at Salt River Fields. It sounds like a really fun experience. Of all the celebrity chefs, I like Tyler Florance. My family is so into Mario Batlai, I almost bought them oragne crocs for Christmas. Nice localism post.

This sounds like fun.  The trucks only recently started appearing in the Dallas area.

45 minutes to GET to the parking lot. $5 to park. 40-50 people in line at each truck who are CHARGING full price for their items. People are furious. We're leaving with a single sample. POORLY organized. This is a scam.
