It’s time to congratulate one of our fellow real estate agents.  Bo Menkiti was just awarded one of the “Top 30 Under 30” slots for entreprenuers.  Bo listed as number 3 on the list is using his license for good in the community.  He decided to dedicate his talents toward aiding first-time buyers in urban neighborhoods labeling his goals as being a social purpose for-profit business.  This is very commendable, both as a social accomplishment and an intelligent business decision.  Those people that serve our country whether as a firefighter, law enforcement or teachers should be given opportunities for safe/luxury housing.  Keep up the great work!
