Here in Cedar City we have been enjoying some really great weather! It isn’t good for the Skiing Industry in Brian Head, they have to make their own snow. It is good for people like me who don’t ski but love to enjoy the natural beauty of Southern Utah. Places are still mostly accessible due to the lack of snow on the ground.
I am optimistic that will have a snow season similar to last year with snow late into the Spring like it did last year. I remember last year having March weather in January and vice versa. If you’re of a mind, I will show you some of the sights that are still easily accessible. Keep in mind one good snow storm changes everything.
At Cedar City we are about 5300 feet above sea level and the mountains go up from there, so it only takes one storm to close roads and make travelling treacherous. For now, we have some great sights to enjoy. I hope that you like them! Also please keep in mind, we have been swamped since before the Holidays, so many of these pictures were taken during the Summer and Fall. We just have not had the time to go get updated photos.
