There are currently 24 open houses scheduled for Sunday January 15 in San Ramon according to our MLS system. There will probably be many more as not every Realtor puts this information in the MLS system so be sure to check the Contra Costa Times for more listings.
January is a tough time to hold open houses becase we are competing with Football playoffs and tomorrow is a big playoff day. There are some people that don't follow football and there are those who are anxious to buy a house, so we never know what the turnout will be.
