Downtown San Diego Condos and Town homes update shows that 45 condos closed escrow in October of 2007. There are currently 518 condos for sale in Downtown San Diego. Many of these Downtown condos in San Diego are foreclosures and newly built condos. Banks are starting to take very low offers and the builders are giving everything a buyer wants including the kitchen sink.
