Downtown San Diego Condos and Town homes update shows that 45 condos closed escrow in October of 2007. Downtown San Diego Real Estate Map City of San DiegoThere are currently 518 condos for sale in Downtown San Diego. Many of these Downtown condos in San Diego are foreclosures and newly built condos. Banks are starting to take very low offers and the builders are giving everything a buyer wants including the kitchen sink. With this much inventory, Downtown San Diego will be saturated with low priced condos for the next year or two. Should you buy now or buy later? I use my MLS to get the data and build the charts in MS Word. Trend-graphics looks pretty good though.
