It is so important to stay up to date and accurate in the ever changing profession of real estate.  Not only must we as real estate professionals be updated on current market trends, we must also be aware of technological advances, state license law amendments, updated MLS rules and regs, changes to our Codes of Ethics, and new and innovative business practices.  We can all learn something new everyday...we just need to be open to the opportunities! 

No matter how long you have been in the business, you can always benefit from further education.  Real estate is always changing and there is always something new to learn.  You will never know it all!
