Local REALTOR® awarded SUN AGENT® CERTIFICATION

San Antonio, Texas – Cathy Bureau with GREEN Home Realty has been awarded the SunAgent® certification from SunAgent®, a private solar certification company based in New Jersey, the first to be awarded in Texas.
Cathy achieved this valuable certification after completing a specialized course designed specifically for REALTORS®. The rapid expansion of solar energy sparked the development of SunAgent, an assembly of industry professionals in the solar energy, real estate, and eLearning fields.
More specifically, Cathy is now trained in carrying out the mission to clients seeking knowledgeable real estate agents, inspectors, and appraisers in expanding solar markets such as New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Texas. We are dedicated to providing educational tools explaining the peaks and valleys of solar power installed on residential homes and commercial real estate properties.
We believe that solar power education is essential for all real estate professionals. We’ll provide the knowledge for you to market homes and properties with solar at a more granular level, showing clients the benefit or the possible loss.
