Interesting property, Bob - we live in horse (and winery!) country near Vancouver BC, and we often have properties with helicopter pads - but I've not seen one with a runway!

Hello Bob,

With 2,600 sft, a hanger for the plane, a landing strip. And an amazing 19 acres to play on...

What more could you ask? Maybe forget the plane and start up a farmers market. With 19 acres to plant on, it would be a great way to establish a local market, maybe veggies and the pumpkins for the fall???

Never know if this could generate a lot of cash flow.

This is really catchy. It's always a shock to be driving by some of these towns and see planes parked in the driveway --- a la John Travolta.

In Long Island at the  Hamptons, they have helicopter pads!

Ahh.. the lifestyles of the rich and famous.
