Vail Valley Real Estate is starting the New Year strong.  In the first two weeks of 2012 over $80,000,000 worth of real estate has gone under contract between East Vail and Gypsum.  Though our snowfall has been light this year thus far, that hasn’t stopped people from visiting and enjoying the lifestyle the Vail Valley has to offer.

I know 09 was a tough year for many across the country but in that area (like most premier resorts) money seems to appear more frequently, as those with deep pockets seem to have it in both good times and bad

David & David:  So far this ski season has been light on snow, but big on fun times still.  Snow on the way this week so smiles all around!

Yes, it is true that the resort communities get hit later and a little less hard.  '09 was definitely our low spot, and the people who love the Vail area continue to visit.  Those that can afford it know the value of spending fun times with their family and friends, and it shows here.  Time has become a true luxury.
