Real Estate Done Fast and Easy with iPads and DocuSign

Suzanne-just started using DS with my IPad, had to install a separate app to have it work with the NWMLS. Love it!

I've had an IPad going on for a year now and have yet to put it to use in my businsess!  How sad.  Now I'm going to make the effort to start utilizing it in a meaningful way.  There is no doubt that it can revolutionize the way business is done and is definitely going to be the way that real estate is done in the near future.

Congratulations for takiing the lead - you are awesome!  

The technology we have available has made processes so much easier for us as Realtors.  I can't wait to see what is next.

Absolutely. Great points. I have an ipad but I actually started using my kindle fire to make my life easier as well so I guess you can use any tablet that works for you. Also I use PDF expert like Fernando. Best $5 I ever spent.

Docusign was invaluable helping me close a very tenuous short sale. In this case, my buyers left for vacation in France only a few days before escrow closed. Of course there were still documents to be signed as is almost always the case with short sales, and trying to finish up signatures via fax or FedEx would not have gotten the job done. Fortunately, Docsign came to the rescue and the deal closed without a signature hitch...I can't recommend it enough!!!

I took the trial awhile back and was convinced electronic signatures are the way to go but signed up with another company that was easier and more user friendly.

Good morning.  I love docusign.  Can not imagine doing business without out.  I also love my ipad.  I have not used the 2 together ...yet!

Really exciting stuff coming down the pipe with Docusign!

Docusign accounts for 90% of the paperwork for our transactions.

And my partner and I closed 26 transactions this year, with 2 more scheduled to close by end of year.

Just could not do business without it.  Period.

I have used Docusign and I can't wait untill I get an Ipad. I closed a deal with a Buyer in a plane to Japan with Docusign.

Still learning. I will be there with this soon.

I am jazzed by what Ralph said in #74, looking forward to an iPad with Docusign.

At first I was lost with my IPAD.  Now, after much trial and effort, I am lost without it.   My favorite feature is having all my paperwork on there, the capability for people to sign right on the IPAD, and then sending the paperwork immediately.  It has made life so much easier and organized.  By doing that, it allows for better service to my clients (sellers or buyers).

I am a devote follower of The Good Life Team and the concept of a Paperless Agent.  My firm employs all the apps neccasary to employing all that technology has to offer.  Docu-Sign is a required part of that and I furnish Docu-Sign to all of my agents.
