Coming off of a 3 day week, you'd think "Wow, 3 days, I'm feeling pretty good and rested." Many of you were able to take the family and go somewhere.
Not I. On both, Saturday and Sunday I was up at 5 am so that I could help get my 7 year old ready and then take her to a 2 day cheerleading competition.
It's easier getting 3 kids ready for school!
Even though it was long hours and a lot of work, I got to spend a lot of great time with my youngest and really enjoyed myself.
No, they didn't place well, but, all-in-all it was a great experience.
Now, it's time to put the nose to the grindstone and get back to work. Without accomplishing anything that puts money in my pocket, the family doesn't eat - and we like to eat!
