Karen, Always nice to start the New Year with a closing.  February 1st is scheduled closing date.  We actually had a thunderstorm a few minutes ago!

Jerry, We go a late fall start to this one, otherwise I think it would have sold even faster when more buyers were looking.  We knew this one would definitely get SOLD sooner than later :)

 

John,  It's been a busy January!  Just submitted an offer on a short sale listing for our buyer this morning, and over the weekend got another listing for a few weeks from now.  2012 is off to a great start :)
