As I cannot speak for other Real Estate Professionals still in the biz, I can say I'm not real sad to see 2011 go.  It was a difficult year for getting transactions to the closing table, however, it was also a great learning experience, and schooling, for what's to come in 2012.  The "Big Banks" (BOA, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc) have all announced they will start unloading their "Shadow Inventory" of foreclosure homes starting the first quarter of 2012. 

 

What does this Mean???

 

Well, for Buyers and Investors, it's Great!  With record-breaking, low mortgage Rates, abundance of inventory, and creative ways of financing, there will never be a better time to buy.  If you want to buy a home, and you are afraid of your finances, face your fear and get in touch with a local Real Estate Professional who can get you in touch with a lender who can help you get your credit and finances in line so you can purchase in 2012!  Please, please, don't miss your opportunity.  We won't see another in our lifetime!!!!  Home Buyer Resources

 

Home Sellers:  I wish I had the same great news for you, however, unfortunately, majority of your competition this year, and the next couple years to come, will be the Banks.  I promise you, from a professional standpoint, YOU CANNOT COMPETE WITH THE BANKS!!!  If you are planning on selling your home in the next 1-3 years, DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER!  Make sure you have a Real Estate Professional you can TRUST to help you not just LIST your home, but SELL your HOME.
