Below is a year over year price graph for Bellingham WA home average sold prices. The graph shows Bellingham average sold prices for 2009, 2010 & 2011.
As you can see prices in 2011 remained fairly the same as 2010 and 2009 until Nov and Dec. This was primarily the result of a large number of distressed sales that took place during the last two months of the year.
