Property has many improvements such as newer plumbing and bath fixtures, newer HVAC, RV parking, alarm system and newer fencing. Includes refrigerator and stove. Property located near public transportation, shopping and Interstate 80. Seller asking $100,000.
Income and expense projections with taking into account vacancy rate, annual property maintenance, taxes, insurance and mortgage, this property would have a positive cash flow of approximately $701.25 per month. This is assuming a mortgage of $75K.
