Over property helps me sell my property.
This actually helps me sell property. In this market to sale property you have to price it right. You can not overprice the property. I tell people that are thinking of listing their propertyall the time," I can sell YOUR property or sell OFF YOUR property, which one do you want me to do." By other agents overpricing their properties it makes my properties look good at the end of the day and end up in the top three properties they think is the best value at the price. I tell people all the time if you are NOT priced right you have NO chance to sale. People are hunting for value and quality.
Pricing is the key to selling homes, so do your homework. Sometimes it's best to get the listing the second time around at a better price. I do find that people appreciate your honesty, they want to sale their property, that's why they are listing their home in this market. If someone tells me they do not NEED to sale, then tell them don't ! This is NOT the time to test the market!!! There is too much inventory out there and people that do want to sale will.
Lin and I have sold more property at Lake Oconee than any other agent and Pricing property is the key to our success!!!
