I feel that I have tried everything. My sales center traffic is just not high enough. We offer incentives, good signage, and have had these communities open for quite a while. I need to jump start the interest and can't seem to have any ideas? Short of funds- so must be creative!
I need to unload 7 former model homes. Not getting any response. We have2 offered great incentives and we have lowered prices with no contracts. Hoping that someone has a bright ideas!

In our area, Green Bay, WIsconsin, I have my builder offer incentives like $250.00 off of buyer's closing costs or he gives an appliance (usually a dehumidifer).
You might want to look into auctions. They aren't real popular here yet but they are in the larger markets, i.e., Chicago and the east and west coast.
You set the base bid and let people bid on the home. You can actually end up at or above asking price.
The buyer pays the sale price + your commission.
