So how does the market feel, is it sluggish? I am in the Inland Empire and it is getting real slow over here and most of the buyers are lacking in one way or another.

REO's seem to be getting decent traffic at the open houses. The busiest selling price points in most of these areas is in the above $1million mark. You also have to remember that we are entering into the Holiday season which is typically when most markets see a drop off in activity as people pull their homes off the market. Things will pick up at the end of February. Hang in there.
