I am selling this community because it is where I live and would love to share it with all of you.

I love this area of North Valley San Jose, California. between the Evergreen community and the Milpitas community.

Off I-680 you will find a couple of strip malls housing the sorts of Safeway, Longs Drugs, DD's Discounts,

Christy's Doughnuts, Allstate office of Bernie Vallejo and numerous other establishments, no bars in the

immediate vicinity.

Head down Berryessa and you will see my office of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate People.

Further down you will see a wonderful park this park is Penitencia Creek Park. Take a walk and notice this is a

beautiful lake park with ducks and community center for teens, preschoolers and a Senior Center all rolled into one,

the trails from this park travel up the mountain into Alum Rock Park.

The schools in this community are distinguished, making the housing market in this area quick turn arounds.

There are very few brand new homes. I have been a Girl Scout Troop leader and The PTA President

making my name a staple in the community to over  a thousand households.

I volunteer in multiple facets of the community making my life very pleasurable.

Oh and did I tell you I am a Mother of Triplet elementary Students and a middle age student?
