Woodspring is a quiet, gated, and stable community in zip code 92110 at the western end of Mission Valley. Amenities include swimming pool and spa. All units have in-unit laundries.

If you like to golf, Riverwalk Golf Course, a public course, is nearby. Also nearby are several shopping malls, including Fashion Valley Mall and Hazard Center.

You can catch the San Diego Trolley at several nearby trolley stations, and the Fashion Valley Transit Station also is a meeting spot for buses and taxis to and from Mission Valley.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach, a distance of about seven miles.

There are 52 units in Woodspring, which was built in 1981 and they range in size from 870 square feet to 1,200 square feet. Bedrooms/bathrooms floor plans include 1/1 and 2/2.

Monthly HOA dues are about $325 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, water (including hot water), sewer, termite prevention, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A check with the FHA indicates that Woodspring is not FHA approved. It is also not VA-approved.
