Indian Summer neighborhood, Olympia WA - Snow-mageddon 2012!

Here is what it looked like in Indian Summer on January 18, 2012. Indian Summer saw about 15+ inches of snow, which is unusual.

Note: After editing this video, a John Deere tractor came through to push the snow from the roads - so I guess we will all live and survive SNOW-MAGEDDON 2012!

Francine, it has been quite the opposite for Newport, RI. as we have had virtually no snow this winter aside from a few sprinkles here and there that did'nt amount to nothing. Now last winter it snowed just about every other day...our snow cup (run)th over.

Oooh, such a dichotomy to have a lovely name like "Indian Summer" and then be under almost a foot of snow...I was blaming the storms coming from Alaska...but now I'm wondering if it's the cheeky REALTOR that bragged about the great fall weather? :-)
