The Phoenix Real Estate Market has seen much improvement this past year. Even the media is starting to report the upward trend so you know it must be true! Now this isn't news to me, I've been blogging about this
for the past year. As the reports will show, listings are down and sales have jumped way above 2010 numbers. We're still working with a lot of short sales and foreclosures - and - the good news is short sales are actually getting 'shorter in length' with some banks. We do have several more years to go before we're out of this mess, but it's looking better every month and there seems to be a renewed sense of hope in the air.
