Polaris Amphitheater SOLD for $5.5 million dollars

Once one of Central Ohio's premier entertainment venues, vacant since 2007, sold to NP limited. The 90 acre site will be a prime spot for redevelopment as it is near the Polaris mall area. Originally priced at $15,000,000, the aquistion price of $5,500,000 makes the cost per acres a little over $61,000.

It will be interesting to see what is built. I personally saw many concerts there, such as Willie Nelson's Live Aid, Tom Petty, Chicago, the Who, Jackson Browne, The Moody Blues and many , many more!

I see more houses built there, or perhaps medical buildings. I'm suprised how much has sprung up in that Polaris/Westerville area since I was in college.
