Forest Ridge is a wonderful active adult community in Warrington Bucks County Pa.

There are different floor plans. Homes can be either on first ,second or third floors and the buildings have an elevator.

There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.

I looked up the mls this morning and found 9 listings. They have 2 bedrooms and two baths. They range in price from $199,900 to $251,900

The average list price is $218,933.The condo fee is $235/
