At a purchase price of nearly $140 million dollars, the Elad group quickly completed the plans for the 24 story, crescent shaped luxury condominium tower and has already begun construction. The Art Deco structure will feature 78 premium condominium estates. With only four residences on each floor, every condo will be a corner unit featuring sweeping balconies, angled walls and spacious living.
