As a mortgage broker, I'm always working with realtors and lawyers. We often have the opportunity to refer clients, to suggest a home inspector or a contractor, or to introduce a client to a lawyer or realtor. Today a very special friend of mine (and realtor) met with my clients, who are looking for a real estate agent. A relatively new realtor (but still a great one!), she prepared diligently for the meeting. While reviewing a map of the city, she asked me about different pockets of the city that might be appropriate, and spent several hours researching and preparing for the initial meeting. The package she prepared for the clients was immaculate - professionally printed and assembled.
The phone rang minutes after the meeting was over. Apparently the meeting went well - "...and I was able to answer every question they had for me. I felt so good about it!"
Regardless of the outcome, I am extremely proud of my great pal/realtor, and I KNOW she will flourish this year, and become a very happy and successful realtor. She already is!!
